Ms. Dupree is the author of twelve cookbooks, including the James Beard Award-winning Mastering the Art of Southern Cooking (coauthored with Cynthia Graubart), Southern Biscuits (with Graubart), and two other James Beard Award winners: Nathalie Dupree’s Southern Memories and Nathalie Dupree’s Comfortable Entertaining.
