The 2015 SCBook Festival takes place May 15–17 in Columbia.

In 2014, more than 90 authors, poets, and presenters took the stage on Saturday and Sunday; and hundreds of attendees waited in line to have books signed by beloved authors and presenters, from Nikki Giovanni to Lee Smith to Christopher Paul Curtis. Overall, close to 6,500 people participated in the 2014 festival, a record attendance for the event.
